  • ‘Heavensent® trading as Heavensent® Gourmet’ is the name that will appear on cardholder statements
  • ‘Heavensent® trading as Heavensent® Gourmet’ is the name advised on the payment record
  • ‘Heavensent® trading as as Heavensent® Gourmet’ is the name that will appear on your statement
  • The legal name Heavensent® trading as 'Heavensent® Gourmet' is registered in New Zealand
  • The physical address of the ‘Heavensent® Gourmet’ trading as 'Heavensent® Gourmet’ approved place of business is: 'Heavensent® Gourmet’ trading as Heavensent® Gourmet New Zealand

Payment:

  • Heavensent® trading as Heavensent® Gourmet accepts bank deposit, internet banking, credit card and cash payments
  • Heavensent® trading as Heavensent® Gourmet will supply relevant payment information in the confirmation email and the delivery invoice
  • Your account will be charged in NZD$

Delivery:

  • Delivery of programs is online and delivered in all New Zealand
  • There may be a delivery fee depending on the goods purchased, this will be stated in the shopping cart process
  • Heavensent® trading as Heavensent® Gourmet delivers physical goods within 3-5 days.
  • Heavensent® trading as Heavensent® Gourmet will attempt to deliver to you within this desired delivery time, however, they cannot guarantee this during busy periods
  • At the time of confirmation it is possible for the card holder to cancel the transaction, provided this is confirmed in writing to Heavensent® Gourmet trading as Heavensent® Gourmet via the following email address: office@heavensentgourmet.co.nz

Refund/Replacement Policy:

  • Heavensent® trading as Heavensent® Gourmet offers a refund/replacement policy if you are unhappy with our goods
  • Heavensent® trading as Heavensent® Gourmet will refund or replace the goods that was delivered
  • Heavensent® trading as Heavensent® Gourmet must be notified within 10 days of delivery for this to apply
