Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

Treat yourself to this delectable Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese! This simple and quick dish made with Heavensent Meatless mince and rich tinned tomatoes is perfect for any occasion and a delicious way to enjoy a satisfying, meat-free dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Meatless Mince Mix
  • 1 tin of chopped tomato (425g)
  • 300g Spaghetti
  • Grated Parmesan (or vegan cheese)
  • Spring onions (optional)

Method:

  • Add one and half cups of boiling water per 2 cups of mince mix.
  • Empty the tinned tomatoes to the mix and stir together.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, boiled a large pan of salted water. Add the spaghetti and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
  • Spoon the Bolognese on top of the spaghetti and garnish with spring onions and parmesan before serving.
