Ingredients:
- 2 cups Meatless Mince Mix
- 1 tin of chopped tomato (425g)
- 300g Spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan (or vegan cheese)
- Spring onions (optional)
Method:
- Add one and half cups of boiling water per 2 cups of mince mix.
- Empty the tinned tomatoes to the mix and stir together.
- Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, boiled a large pan of salted water. Add the spaghetti and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
