Pasta Salad with Roasted Red Pepper Dressing


3 cups of rotini pasta (or your favourite choice of pasta)
1 to 2 cups of broccoli (cut into florets)
¼ teaspoon salt
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 Heavensent Gourmet Roasted Red Pepper Dressing


  • Cook pasta and drain with cold water.
  • Set pasta aside to get any excess water off.
  • Cut broccoli in to florets and slice the red bell pepper
  • Add all ingredients together, including dressing and pepper mixture in a large bowl and stir. Stir until coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
