MEDITERRANEAN CHOPPED SALAD WITH ROASTED RED PEPPER DRESSING

Mediterranean Chopped Salad With Roasted Red Pepper Dressing (VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN-FREE)

Ingredients

4 large heart of romaine, Chopped
4 cups green cabbage, chopped
2 medium red onion, diced
2 cup green olives, Sliced
4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
16 oz. fresh mozzarella, diced
2 15 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Heavensent Roasted Red Pepper Dressings

 

Method

  • In a serving bowl, combine cabbage  and romaine lettuce. This will be the base of your salad.
  • Add onion, tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, and chickpeas.
  • Pour the Heavensent Roasted Red Pepper Dressing over the salad and mix well.
