1-2 packs of Thin Rice Noodles
2 chicken breasts, sliced
¼ cup chicken stock
12 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 red / green bell pepper, sliced
Drizzle of Heavensent Coriander and Walnut Dressing
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain once cooked
- In a large wok, heat oil over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add chicken pan to stir fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add ginger, bell peppers and mushroom. Stir fry for another minute.
- Add noodles, chicken stock and chicken. Drizzle Coriander and Walnut Dressing. Toss to combine. Cook for 1 minute or until heated through. Serve.
